Here's my answer to Dann Corbit's question: Human games: TWIC, if you don't want to download 1500+ archives, you can start with KingBase 2019 and update from there. Alternatively, a slightly more up to date database is MillionBase 3.45, up to October 6, 2020. Correspondence games: there's no free compilation I'm aware of, but getting the games from the horse’s mouth isn't that difficult (half of them require an account, though): BdF, LSS, FICGS, IECC, ICCF and freechess. Engine games: Sedat should be enough. To access older tours, look at the bottom of the page, there's always a list of immediate links. Playchess: gladiators still has games from 2007-2017, and in this forum post there's more (the entire thread has links to games, but waaaaay smaller files).
